Placing An Order
All orders are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed once we confirm your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Artwork & Approval
You are responsible for ensuring that any logo or artwork you supply is accurate and that you have the right to use it. We will prepare a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Once you approve the proof, production proceeds on that basis and we cannot be held responsible for errors contained in the approved artwork.
Personalised & Made-To-Order Goods
Because our products are personalised and made to order, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once production has started, except where goods are faulty or not as described. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but if an error is found we will inform you before processing your order. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider. Bundle prices include VAT where stated; delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver within the timescales set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, although we will always do our best to meet them.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images and branding, belongs to EM Embroidery & Workwear and may not be reproduced without permission. Logos and artwork supplied by you remain your property.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies.
