How quickly will I hear back?
Every enquiry is read and answered personally by the team, usually within a couple of working days. If your message is time-sensitive, say so in the form and we'll do our best to prioritise it.
Which areas do you cover?
Soham, Fordham, Wicken, Burwell and the surrounding East Cambridgeshire villages. Send us your postcode if you're not sure and we'll let you know.
What happens after I get in touch?
We'll ask a few questions about your dog and what you need, then arrange the right next step — a meet and greet and assessment for walking services, or an Initial Consultation for training and behaviour support.

Our walking and pet-care services are offered in Soham, Fordham, Wicken, Burwell. Dog drop-in visits may occasionally be possible a little further afield, depending on timings and dates.
