More than exercise
Dogs need regular mental and physical exercise to be happy, healthy companions. Club Walks meet those needs under the expert care of our Club Leaders, with activities including supervised play, scent work, recall practice, agility, hoopers, parkour, toys and hundreds of training games.
Every dog is thoroughly assessed before joining, and we continue behavioural management throughout their time with the Club to keep every dog happy and safe.
FAQs
Club Walks questions
Club Walks FAQs
How are dogs assessed before joining?
Every dog undergoes a thorough assessment before joining a group, and we continue behavioural management on an ongoing basis. This is how we keep groups happy, balanced and safe for everyone.
How big are the groups?
A maximum of six dogs per team member in the meadow. There are often two team members present, and groups are matched by temperament and play style.
Is a nervous dog suitable for Club Walks?
It depends on the individual dog. Some nervous dogs blossom in a carefully matched group; for others, Adventure Walks or one-to-one Drop-In visits are a kinder fit. Ask us about suitability and we'll talk it through honestly.
How is my dog transported?
Collection and return are in professionally crated dog vans, so every dog travels in their own secure space.
What time will my dog be collected?
Morning play: collection between 08:30 and 09:30, return between 11:00 and 12:00. Afternoon play: collection between 11:30 and 12:30, return between 14:00 and 15:00. Times are approximate — traffic and weather affect the route.
What do I need to provide?
A well-fitting collar or harness with a tag, and anything specific your dog needs. We bring fresh water, quality treats, towels and everything else for the session.
